Gary,
Thank you for putting this route together.
We (Ian,Richard,Dick&myself) had a very enjoyable ride, in Ely we went to Peacock tearooms but it was very busy so went elsewhere.
Your group arrived just as we were about to ride home.
The round trip was about 225 miles, so well worth getting the bike out of the garage.

Great ride on Sunday, thanks for doing all the organisation and planning Gary.
As Gary mentioned at one of our stops, the route followed, as near as possible, the Norfolk County border. Some of the roads were a bit 'agricultural' and others were very busy with holidaymakers and day trippers - good all round use of our riding skills.
We, thats Gary, Ian and myself also went to Peacocks Tea Rooms in Ely and found it very busy, so consoled ourselves with ice creams all round whilst sitting at the waters edge.
Commiserations to all those that didn't come along for the day and to the seven members that did - thanks for the company.
Total mileage - thats Norwich to Caister, planned route to Beccles and then back to Norwich - was 255mls.
Mike Taylor.
