NAM Christmas Quiz Club Night

NAM NOTICE – Christmas Quiz Club Night

Don’t be late ’cause Monday 11 December is NAM Quiz Night

Yep it’s a week early because we reckoned you’d like the week
before Christmas clear to go shopping for those special presents.
There will be four rounds with one as usual on the Highway Code
plus a “table top” round where your team can ponder a while.

There will be prizes plus mince pies and spicy (alchohol free) punch.
It’s a social evening so feel free to bring your partner or a friend.
Usual time & venue 7.30 for eight at Dunston Hall Hotel NR14 8PQ

See you there Paul m: 07834-600665

PS:  BTW Don’t forget now that it’s getting really chilly out there –
water starts freezing at plus 4 deg C.  Low over night temperatures
mean icy patches early on the next day – under trees, bridges etc.

NAM NOTICE – C J Ball breakfast run: We have a change of plan…

NAM NOTICE – We have a change of plan…

C J Ball breakfast run was to be Sunday 24 September
but as I’ve busy and no-one had registered their name
(was it the 06.45 hrs start…) I had a chat to Chris and
it’s now The Brunch Run 10.00am Saturday 14 October
C J BALL in the 1950s…
Suzuki | Honda
Arrive 09.00hrs and there will be a bacon buttie for you,
eat, choose your bike and go.  On return Chris will provide
a brunch.  All you do is gas up the tank on your return.
It’s probably the best way ever to choose your next bike
with no pressure.  Names please as soon as possible.

Cheers Paul m: 07834-600665

Siberia (the Road of Bones and temperatures lower than minus 50 deg C)

Now what did you say you were planning for next year…  To hear more you’ll need
to get to Dunston Hall Hotel, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR14 8PQ – it’s not very far!
See you there at the usual time 7.30 pm for eight.
Cheers Paul m: 07834-600665

NAM Club Night Monday 18 Sept 2017

NAM CLUB NIGHT Monday 18 September

People say you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone.
Truth is you knew what you had, you just never thought you’d lose it.
Riding your bike is great fun, it’s also quite noisy and that can be a problem.

Don’t wait until it’s too late this Monday find out how to protect your ears.
We know noise levels under motorcycle helmets can be very high.  But did
you know at over 40 mph wind noise exceeds the noise of the motorcycle?

On Monday Dave Marshall from Ultimate Ear specialists in ear protection
will tell and show you how – to avoid becoming deaf – like some of us are…

Usual venue, that’s Dunston Hall Hotel, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR14 8PQ
Time 7.30pm for eight.  See you there (did you hear that, you at the back!)

Cheers Paul m: 07834-600665

MC1 = £150 – (on your OWN bike)
MC3 = £150 – (on your OWN bike)
KD = £230 – (on OUR bike)
Anyone that books all three courses receives a 10% discount – please call us if you wish to book all 3, as we will need to apply the discount for you.

** Please note that MC3 follows on from MC1, so everyone MUST do MC1 first before they do MC3, no matter how experienced you are, otherwise you will not gain the full benefit from MC3, nor will it make sense to you.
You can do MC1 with NO obligation to do any further training with us if you do not wish to, however, most people who attend usually want to do more!

The ‘Kneedown’ course can be done first/ last/ on its own – it’s up to you, although we do find that if you wish to do all 3 courses, that Kneedown works better as a finale to the three. If it’s cornering you mainly want to improve on, then come and do the ‘Kneedown’ coursewhether or not you manage to get your knee down is not important to us, although most people do! This course is essentially an advanced cornering course, designed to make you feel happier and more confident in the corners.

Please visit our website for further course information – See the course ‘Factsheets‘ to see what is covered on each course!

I hope this helps. If you require any further help or information then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Warm regards,
Emma Jane & Tom

NAM CLUB NIGHT on Monday 17th July
You decide to explore the mountains of North East India on a m’bike…
specifically Arunachal Pradesh, India’s wildest and least explored state.
So what to buy, play safe go BMW 1200 GSA with the Touratech gear.
Yeah that sounds about right “only” about £20,000 but it’s a must eh?
Not if you’re “Ants” Bolingbroke-Kent, more like £300 on a 150cc Hero.

Ants will be with us Monday 17th July to tell all macho ruffy tuffy bikers
how – if you really want to do something – you can.  It’s in her new book
“Land of the Dawn-lit Mountains”.  See you there, bring a pal, you might
just be inspired to go beyond a place you never thought you could……
