How many readers of this forum ride with the IAM green badge sticker on their bike/s? In the past I’ve seen very few on Sunday club rides.

The stickers aren’t expensive, indeed from having one on my screen I’ve had several bikers enquire about the IAM. Moreover, one such curious soul became a club member and is now a definite club asset by attaining NAM Observer status; good on him.

Additionally, it would perhaps be only a positive thing for NAM to have its own screen/helmet sticker designed to assist awareness and club promotion.

Green badge on bike or clothing - do you or don’t you and why?

Ah well here's a little tip, only buy second hand and only buy a bike with the green badge sticker left on buy the previous owner; you'll save a packet 😉

Found this quote and thought I would share.

Jon Taylor - IAM Motorcycle Staff Examiner.

'I would also hope that by then going on to displaying the I.A.M. badge proudly on their machine, it will encourage them to maintain that high standard whenever they ride their bike.'

Not that it would make any difference to us at NAM 😉 but I think we get his valid message...
